How do we treat respiratory problems
The Scottish Centre for Respiratory Research was set up in 1997 and is led by Brian Lipworth, Professor of Allergy and Pulmonology. The group comprises a team of doctors, scientists, nurses and technicians whose aim is to improve the quality of life for people who suffer from breathing problems like COPD, asthma and hayfever through public awareness, education and research.
Why participate in research?
To help us with this, we need your help to take part in studies. Once you are enrolled in a study we will pay to cover expenses and we only use licensed medicines. You'll get an in-depth review from one of our specialists, and advice on how to manage your condition.
